When can we arrive for the event?
You are welcome to come and camp and enjoy the facility anytime. We will not allow pre-riding, but we always have a few people showing up early wanting to help.

Are pets allowed?
Of course! We know this is a weekend event for lots of you guys and pets are part of the family. Please make sure that you keep them tethered and please clean up any accidents around areas that have lots of foot traffic, such as the sign-up and concessions areas

Can we bring a bicycle or quad?
Bikes, quads, golf carts etc. are allowed, but please make sure that minors are not operating them in an irresponsible manor. We will not hesitate to park any motorized or non-motorized mode of transportation operated in an unsafe manor.

Is there a curfew?
Yes for minors, any minor running around the property after 10pm will be escorted back to their campsite, if any more problems are incurred from said minor, the responsible adults will be asked to leave the property. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Any minors or adults for that matter caught vandalizing, acting in a destructive behavior, causing unrest for any of our other guest will be asked to leave the property.

What time will the gate be closed?
Most likely by 11 pm. VCHSS officials will be able to open it or close it as necessary.

Will you have food at this event?
You bet!  Rose Grimes has been doing our concessions for the last several  years now. We think she does a great job. She has a great menu and will be open Saturday and Sunday.

Do you have a quiet area for camping?
Yes this is being looked at. We are looking at two different areas, one for camping away from generators and one for tents only. If this is something you are interested in please let us know through our contact page. We frown very heavily on the really loud cheap type generators, if this is the type that you have then you need to lets us help find a spot for it.

Do you charge for camping?
Not yet, but if we keep having problems with minors running around causing mischief, then we will start charging to camp.

Do you have a warm-up area for the bikes?
5 mins prior to your event, but not if a race is still active, you will be allowed to warm-up on the infield track. However! do not warm up on the stock car track! We do not need 50 bikes buzzing around uncontrolled on the 1/2 mile track, you will get to do this during you race.

How many awards will you be giving away this year?
Super Mini14-15, Super Mini 12-13, Super Mini Women, Mini 9-11, Mini 9-11 65CC   3 places
Mini 12-13   4 places.
200C 5 places, 250C 6 places, 4 Stroke C 8 places, Vet C 8 places, Senior C 10 places, Super Senior C 3 places, Masters 3 places, Woman 3 places.
AA 3 places, 200A 3 places, 250A 3 places, 4 Stroke A 3 places, Vet A 4 places, Senior 5 3 places, Super Senior A 3 places, 200B 3 places, 250B 5 places, 4 Stroke B 5 places, Vet B 5 places, Senior B 5 places, Super Senior B 3 places.
1/3 of all riders will receive a reward. 


How long is the course?
Way too early to decide that, but probably in the 8 mile range. We think most races in the 5 lap/40 mile format are the best.
